By accessing or using Rhemabase ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Rhemabase is a faith-based platform that provides Bible reading, journaling, prayer, community features, worksheets, quizzes, and other tools for spiritual growth. The Platform is not affiliated with any specific church, denomination, or religious organization. We provide tools for personal faith development and community connection.
You must create an account to access most features of the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Users under 18 should have parental or guardian consent.
The Platform offers free and paid subscription tiers. Free features are available at no cost. Premium and Church plans require a paid subscription. Prices are listed on the Platform and may change with notice. Early Supporter accounts receive Premium access for life as part of our launch promotion. Refund requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
You retain ownership of any content you create on the Platform, including notes, journal entries, testimonies, and community posts. By posting content publicly (such as in community features or testimonies), you grant Rhemabase a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content on the Platform. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws or the rights of others. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms or is inappropriate.

Bible text is sourced from third-party APIs and translations. Rhemabase does not own or claim rights to any Bible translation text. Translations are provided under their respective licenses and copyrights. We make reasonable efforts to display accurate text but cannot guarantee the accuracy of all content from external sources.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately, though we may retain certain data as required by law.
Rhemabase is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not responsible for any loss of data, spiritual guidance decisions, or actions taken based on content found on the Platform. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rhemabase shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via the Platform or email. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
